Loadholt v. Owens

United States District Court, S.D. Georgia, Dublin Division
Dec 2, 2009
CV 309-057 (S.D. Ga. Dec. 2, 2009)

Opinion

CV 309-057.

December 2, 2009

ORDER

After a careful, de novo review of the file, the Court concurs with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which no objections have been filed. Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. Therefore, this case is DISMISSED, without prejudice.

Though the Clerk docketed Plaintiff's response to the Report and Recommendation as objections, a review of Plaintiff's response reveals it to be a letter written to the Magistrate Judge, in which Plaintiff states that he does not contest the recommendation of dismissal. (See doc. no. 7, p. 1).

SO ORDERED, at Augusta, Georgia.
