This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 21, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute (Doc. 12).

On December 18, 2023, this case was called and recalled from the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. Respondent's Motion was held in abeyance.

On January 17, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 16) informing the Court that "[r]espondent's counsel is currently trying to abate an assessment made on petitioner's account before sending the decision document to petitioner." The Report further requests additional time to prepare the decision document. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 4, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
