AARON LAMAR LIVINGSTON AKA AHRON-AZIEL LIVINGSTON:BEY, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 506th District Court Waller County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. 18-08-16527, 18-07-16476

Panel Consists of Justices Jewell, Hassan, and Wilson.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant is represented by appointed counsel, Calvin Garvie. Appellant's brief was originally due February 16, 2023. He was ultimately given an extension to file a brief by May 19, 2023. When we granted this extension, we noted that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. No brief nor motion to extend time beyond that deadline was filed.

Accordingly, we order Calvin Garvie to file a brief with the clerk of this court on or before July 24, 2023. If Calvin Garvie does not timely file the brief as ordered, the court may issue an order requiring appointment of new counsel.
