MEMORANDUM ORDER Trial court case number: 2015-34856 Trial court: 80th District Court of Harris County Appellant has filed a motion to strike Appellee's brief on the ground that it fails to provide citation to the record as required by Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 38.1(i) and 38.2(a)(1). Appellant's motion if granted. Appellee's brief, filed November 3, 2016, is stricken. Appellee may file an amended brief; however, the brief must comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, including the requirement that the brief contain appropriate citations to the record.
