No. 05-06-00516-CV (Tex. App. Dec. 8, 2006)

Opinion

No. 05-06-00516-CV.

Opinion Filed December 8, 2006.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-06-3563-C DISMISS

Before Justices MORRIS, LANG, and LANG-MIERS

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 22, 2006, the Court directed appellant to file written verification within ten days that appellant had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. The Court warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, we have not received either the clerk's record or written verification from appellant that he has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
