This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California, trial session scheduled to commence on May 1, 2023. On March 29, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. Respondent subsequently filed a Pretrial Memorandum on April 10, 2023. Therein respondent reported that petitioner does not object to petitioner's Motion for Continuance.
