LIMITATIONS OF ACTION, § 65no showing as to concealment of fraud. Delay of more than 10 years barred suit by bondholders against investment house for fraudulent misrepresentations allegedly made to plaintiffs in sale of bonds, for breaches of trust growing out of alleged fiduciary relationship, and for an accounting, where evidence showed that there had been no fraudulent concealment of cause of action by defendant.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN LUPE, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the December term, 1943.
