These cases were called from the calendar of the Court's May 1, 2023, Jackson, Mississippi, trial session. Petitioner and respondent's counsel appeared and were heard.

On April 7, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's April 7, 2023, Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 3, 2023, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents or a joint status report stating the-then present status of the case.
