Appeal by Rashem L. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 7, 2013, and separate appeals by Natalie L. from the order dated March 7, 2013, and an order of the same court dated December 11, 2012.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated December 11, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-06682), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of an appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
