[¶ 1] Robert Litoff has appealed from a district court order denying his motion to reinstate unsupervised visitation with his daughter. See Litoff v. Pinter, 2003 ND 172, 670 N.W.2d 860. The order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
