Interlocutory judgment reversed upon the law and the facts, and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The 4th finding of fact is reversed as contrary to the weight of the evidence. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Kelby, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
