MICHAEL P. LISTON PLAINTIFF v. WRIGHT MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP, N.V., et al. DEFENDANTS

ORDER

Kristine G. Baker, United States District Judge

Before the Court is a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice (Dkt. No. 24). The stipulation accords with the terms of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). For good cause shown, the Court adopts the stipulation of dismissal. The action is dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees. The Court denies as moot defendants' Wright Medical Technology, Inc.'s and Wright Medical Group, Inc.'s motion to dismiss plaintiff Michael P. Liston's complaint (Dkt. No. 6).

It is ORDERED.
