ORDERED that the motion to strike portions of the record on appeal and appellant's brief is granted, without costs, to the extent that pages 1357 through 1424 of the record on appeal and all references thereto in appellant's brief are stricken. Appellant shall file and serve a corrected record on appeal and brief on or before October 27, 2023.
