Application for an order expunging certain matter from the opinion of the court, handed down July 7, 1955, denied. Motion for reargument denied. Motion for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted and the court certifies that in its opinion there are questions of law involved which ought to be reviewed by the Court of Appeals.
