Berger, Esq., and the law firm Allegaert Berger & Vogel, LLP, and Francis Earley, Esq., Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions insofar as the seek to dismiss the appeal are granted (M-816/M-716/M-751). The cross motion is denied in its entirety (M-752).
