This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 30, 2023, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session. On January 12, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 9). By Order served January 24, 2023, among other things, petitioner's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On May 26, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 15) informing the Court that "respondent's counsel was advised that the requested administrative files have not been 'blocked' and 'shelved' yet, which needs to occur before they can be retrieved." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
