This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Denver, Colorado, trial session scheduled to begin April 15, 2024. On March 22, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report stating, among other things, that the parties have reached a basis for settlement of all issues in the case. The parties request an additional 45 days to file a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Denver, Colorado, trial session scheduled to begin April 15, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 9, 2024, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision.
