On August 9, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. By Order served August 30, 2023, the Court directed respondent to file an objection to petitioner's motion, if any, on or before September 21, 2023. On September 21, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within which respondent shall file an Objection to petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment is extended to December 20, 2023.
