ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE TO THE COURT OF APPEALS

Petitioner has filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis in her appeal of the judgment of the Board of Immigration Appeals. This Court lacks jurisdiction over petitioner's appeal. See 8 U.S.C. § 1252; Arulampalam v. Ashcroft, 353 F.3d 679, 680 (9th Cir. 2003). Therefore, this Court transfers petitioner's case and her application to proceed in forma pauperis to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
