On September 29, 2023, respondent filed, at docket entry #54, a Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objections to Request for Admissions. In his Motion respondent seeks an order deeming admitted the contents of paragraphs ##228 and 229 of his Second Request for Admissions, which he filed at docket entry #49 on August 4, 2023.
On the same date that he filed his Motion, respondent filed a status report in this case. On October 2, 2023, petitioners filed their status report.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioners shall file, on or before November 3, 2023, a response to respondent's Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objections to Request for Admissions. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before December 8, 2023, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
