Appeal, No. 139, March T., 1972, from decree of the Commonwealth Court, No. 476 C.D. 1972, in re Eileen Lijeski et al. v. Milton Shapp, Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and C. Delores Tucker, Secretary of the Commonwealth. Decree affirmed.

Equity proceeding in Commonwealth Court.

Decree entered dissolving preliminary injunction and dismisisng complaint, decree by KRAMER, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
