Case No. 1:03-CV-62 TC

ORDER

Defendant GSC Technology Corporation filed a Motion for Stay of Proceedings Pending Appeal. Plaintiff Lifetime Products, Inc. did not oppose the Motion as long as the stay did not interfere with Lifetime's right to enforce the court's preliminary injunction orders against GSC.

The proceedings referenced in GSC's Motion were two interlocutory appeals pending before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The Federal Circuit issued a decision on May 6, 2004, affirming the court's orders and resolving the interlocutory appeals. Accordingly, GSC's Motion for Stay is moot, and so it is DENIED.
