Lichtenstein v. Levitt

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Nov 27, 1956
2 A.D.2d 886 (N.Y. App. Div. 1956)

Opinion

November 27, 1956

Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents. In doing so we make no determination of the true measure of damages, or the various elements that may be included under a proper measure, which here is arguable. That should be reserved for a full record upon the trial.

Concur — Peck, P.J., Breitel, Cox, Frank and Valente, JJ.
