Order denying defendants' motion for a bill of particulars reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Plaintiff sets forth and prays for special damages the particulars of which defendants are entitled to have. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
