On September 15, 2023, respondent filed, as Docket Entry No. 9 in this case, a document designated First Amended Answer. However, review shows that the submission involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the purported First Amended Answer filed September 15, 2023, at Docket Entry No. 9, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
