Appellant having moved to file its underwriting guidelines under seal on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on April 24, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Sharon Angelino, Esq., dated October 17, 2014, and the affidavit of Christopher DePuy sworn to October 14, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Clerk is directed to seal the underwriting guidelines on the condition that the underwriting guidelines are filed with this Court, in accordance with this Court's rules, in a separate confidential volume of the record that has been either stipulated to by the parties or settled by Supreme Court.
