This matter is before the Court on the motion of Defendants Cherryhill Management, Inc., and Todd Schwartz for leave to file relevant documents under seal pursuant to the Protective Order [Doc. No. 72]. Being sufficiently advised, the Court finds the motion to be well taken and it is GRANTED. Defendants are granted leave to file an unredacted copy of the Deposited Work, the first 25 pages of the Larger Work, the last 25 pages of the Larger Work, pages of the Larger Work bearing non-Libertas copyright notices, and pages of the Larger Work on which portions of the Deposited Work are located under seal.
