Affirmed. See State v. Adkins, ––– So.3d ––––, 2012 WL 2849485 (Fla.2012) (holding the statutory provisions of section 893.13, Florida Statutes (2011) “do not violate any requirement of due process” articulatedby the Florida Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court).
