Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by one of defendant's trolley cars as he was standing on or near the track. On reserved motion on the trial, verdict for plaintiff vacated and judgment rendered for defendant dismissing the complaint. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
