NOTICE OF PLAINTIFFS' MOTION for Admission of RICHARD B. DRUBEL PRO HAC VICE


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, upon the annexed Affidavit In Support of Pro Hac Vice Application of Richard B. Drubel signed and sworn to by Philippe Z. Selendy on February 1, 2005, Affidavit of Richard B. Drubel in Support of Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice signed and sworn to by Richard B. Drubel on January 27, 2005, and the Certificate of Good Standing for Richard B. Drubel issued by the State Bar of Texas, and upon all pleadings and proceedings heretofore and herein, plaintiffs hereby move this Court, before the Hon. Louis L. Stanton., U.S.D.J., at Courtroom 21-C of the United States Courthouse located at 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, for an order pursuant to Rule 1.3 of the local Civil Rules of this Court, permitting Richard B. Drubel to argue and try this case, in whole and in part, as counsel for plaintiffs.
