Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 3, 2019, July 11, 2019 and August 8, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved, by separate motions, for an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted and the time to perfect the appeals (Case Nos. 2020-01614, 2020-01427, 2020-01615) is extended to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
