Jonathan LEWIS, Petitioner(s) v. DAYS INN MOTEL, et al., Respondent(s).


Petitioner's Emergency Belated Petition to Invoke the Discretion of the Florida Supreme Court and Emergency Belated Petition to Extend Time for Filing filed on May 5, 2004, are hereby dismissed. “[T]he court's authority to grant belated appeals in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c) is limited to criminal cases and does not extend to appeals arising from either civil or administrative matters.” Washington v. Dep't of Revenue Child Support Enforcement ex rel. Simmons, 75 So.3d 388 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011).
