Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed November 8, 2022, it appearing that the petition in this case challenges the same notice of deficiency that petitioner challenges in her case at Docket No. 20885-22, and petitioner having filed no objection to the granting of respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and this case is closed on the ground of duplication. All future communications with respect to petitioner's 2020 tax year shall be directed to petitioner's case at Docket No. 20885-22. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on petitioner at 1304 Lake Lucerne Way, Brandon, FL 33511
