THOMAS LEWIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On November 18, 2022, respondent filed two status reports which appear to be duplicate reports with only a cover page missing at Index #14. The report states that petitioner passed away in 2021, after the signing of the petition, but before the petition was mailed to the Court. Respondent is requesting additional time for respondent to file an appropriate dismissal motion in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike Index #14 from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 27, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
