Levy Brothers Realty Company, Inc. v. Loeb

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 1, 1923
207 App. Div. 836 (N.Y. App. Div. 1923)

Opinion

October, 1923.

The appellant asserts that there is a difference of opinion between the Appellate Term in this department and the Appellate Term in the First Department as to the status of a tenant holding over after the expiration of his term under a written lease as affected by the Emergency Rent Laws; and as the question appears to be presented on this appeal the application is granted.
