Opinion

No. 98-2018

Opinion filed May 5, 1999.

An appeal from Order of Judge of Compensation Claims; Gail Adams, Judge.

Kenneth T. Connor, Orlando, for Appellants.

David Mallen, Orlando, and Bill McCabe, Longwood, for Appellee.

This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a workers' compensation order by which temporary partial disability and other benefits were awarded. The award of temporary partial disability benefits is reversed because the claimant failed to present competent substantial evidence of his entitlement to such benefits, but the order is otherwise affirmed.

ERVIN, ALLEN and DAVIS, JJ., CONCUR.
