ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [No change in judgment]

RUBIN, ACTING P. J.

GOOD CAUSE appearing, the opinion filed in the above entitled matter on January 7, 2009, is modified as follows:

On page 3, the last sentence of the first paragraph, which reads “Finally, according to the appellate court’s statement of facts, Claire conceded that others had paid the camp fees and tuition, including Jay Coggan, her former lawyer who she once dated, someone named Richard Leroy, who she did not identify, and her longtime cohabitant of 18 years, Jerry Goldstein.”

should be deleted and replaced with

“Finally, according to the appellate court’s statement of facts, Claire conceded that others had paid the camp fees and tuition, including Jay Coggan, her former lawyer whom she once dated, someone named Richard Leroy, whom she did not identify, and her longtime cohabitant of 18 years, Jerry Goldstein.”

No change in judgment.
