Judgment and order of the City Court of New Rochelle reversed and complaint dismissed as to defendant Mendelson, without costs, but unanimously affirmed as to defendant Bolnik, with costs. No opinion. Blackmar, P.J., Mills, Rich, Putnam and Kelly, JJ., concur.
