Order in so far as it denies defendants' motion to strike out as irrelevant certain paragraphs of the complaint, or to make certain paragraphs thereof more definite and certain, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
