ORDER

On July 16, 2004, Magistrate Judge James issued an order compelling plaintiffs to respond to defendants' interrogatories seeking plaintiffs' wages from other employment and tip income earned during 1999-2003. Doc # 265. On July 26, 2004, plaintiffs filed their objections to the July 16 order. Doc # 266. The court has reviewed plaintiffs' objections and attached exhibits and does not believe further briefing or a hearing is necessary. See Civ LR 72-2. Magistrate Judge James' order is not clearly erroneous nor contrary to law. See Osband v Woodford, 290 F3d 1036, 1041 (9th Cir 2002). Accordingly, plaintiffs' objections (Doc # 266) are DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
