By order dated August 13, 2004, this Court dismissed this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, with leave to amend on or before August 30, 2004. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint, nor did she contact the Court in any way to request an extension of time to file.¹

Accordingly, this action is dismissed for lack of federal jurisdiction. The Clerk shall close the file.
