Upon consideration of the motion for leave to intervene of Ohio Federation of Teachers, Ohio Association of School Business Officials, Jane Simon, an Ohio teacher, and Eve Bolton, an elected school board member,

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS July 27, 2009

1. Amendments to Rule II of the Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (limited practice of law by a legal intern) have been adopted effective August 1, 2009. The final version of the amendments has been published in the July 27, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

Moyer, C.J., and PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, O'CONNOR, O'DONNELL, LANZINGER, and CUPP., JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
