In accordance with the March 17, 2008 Mandate and the instructions of the Florida Supreme Court by Opinion dated February 21, 2008, it is
ORDERED that the prior mandate and opinion of this Court are withdrawn. Moreover, the above-styled appeal is reinstated in this Court for further consideration in light of Galindez v. State, 955 So.2d 517 (Fla. 2007). Furthermore, it is
ORDERED that Appellant's Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Brief, filed March 20, 2008, is granted and Appellant shall have thirty days from the date hereof to file a supplemental initial brief. Appellee may file a supplemental answer brief within thirty days from service of the initial brief and a supplemental reply brief may be filed fifteen days therefrom.
