ORDER
Presently pending before the Court is the motion of defendant Andrew Natsios, Administrator, USAID, for summary judgment [Docket #s 45 and 48]. For the reasons explained in a Memorandum Opinion to be issued shortly, that motion is GRANTED, and judgment is entered in favor of defendant on all of plaintiff's claims in this action.
