Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 3, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed to be a motion seeking to vacate the automatic dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22NYCRR 1250.10(c) and, as such, the motion is granted and plaintiff's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the March 2019 Term.
