THOMAS LEONARD, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS. State.

Appeal from the 120 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20110D02415) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's second motion to supplement the reporter's record. The court reporter has informed the Court that she has the notes from only two hearings requested in the motions: (1) a motion for continuance conducted on March 3, 2014 [identified as "Jury Trial Hearing" in paragraph 6(xi) in the motion]; and (2) a status conference held on April 23, 2014 [identified as "Status Conference" in paragraph 6(xiv) in the motion]. We grant the motion to supplement with respect to the two hearings identified above, and deny the motion with respect to the remaining requests. The supplemental reporter's records are due to be filed no later than February 19, 2016. Appellant's brief is due to be filed on February 6, 2016. On its own motion, the Court has determined that the due date for Appellant's brief shall be extended to thirty days after the reporter's records are filed.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 4 day of February, 2016.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rodriguez, and Hughes, JJ.
