Appeal from the 120th District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20110D02415) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to reconsider our denial of his motion to vacate the trial court's order of release and motion to vacate the trial court's order of detainer. Those requests are DENIED. In this same motion, Appellant states that he mailed a motion for extension of time on July 9, 2015 in cause number 08-14-00139-CR. The Court has not received the motion. Appellant's brief is currently due to be filed on July 10, 2015. On our own motion, we extend the time for Appellant file his brief for thirty days from the date of this order. Appellant's brief is due to be filed no later than September 3, 2015.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 4th day of August, 2015.
