ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas trial session on April 25, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. During the proceeding, counsel for respondent made an oral motion to amend the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed on April 2, 2024.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion to Amend the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is granted. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 17, 2024, respondent's counsel shall file an Amended Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.
