This case is calendared for trial during the Court's June 3, 2024 Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m., on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

On May 20, 2024, the parties filed a Motion to Modify Standing Pretrial Order asking the Court to extend the deadline for exchanging unagreed trial exhibits, to extend the deadline for filing unagreed proposed trial exhibits, and to set a deadline for the parties to exchange and lodge expert rebuttal reports.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' May 20, 2024 Motion to Modify Standing Pretrial Order is granted, in that (1) the deadline for the parties to exchange unagreed trial exhibits is extended to May 22, 2024, (2) the deadline for filing unagreed proposed trial exhibits is May 29, 2024, and (3) the deadline for exchanging and lodging expert rebuttal reports is May 29, 2024.
