ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On August 23, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not signed by petitioner or a practitioner admitted to practice before the Court.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 20, 2021, petitioner shall file with the Court a Ratification of Petition ratifying and affirming the filing of the petition filed to commence this case. Failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this case.
